    The electro-dadaist from Cambridge makes music, which is above all stamped with his vocals, and sometimes distressed by them, but in any case it’s not trivial. Each of the 18 tracks is totally charming. British oddball excentricity of the typical kind and some songs are truly suspiciously hit-like, if they weren’t so askew. Terrific.
